Our first Anniversary!

Today, June 23rd is our first anniversary. I can't believe it has already been a year. We have had many transitions (move from MT to Fergus, starting seminary, new jobs, new friends, and finding out we were going to be parents) and SO much to be thankful for.

I love you Danny and I'm thankful I'm your wife!
Our Cake! My parents kept it frozen for the year and we ate it! Yummy and lots of memories. Instead of putting a bride and groom on the cake, we decided to be a bit different. A school bus for my bus driving husband and a helmet for the safety conscious wife. :)

Along with eating the cake came Danny's dilemma. He loves cake, but doesn't always love frosting. But, he also had a great deal of difficulty throwing away food, wasting food, and not licking frosting off utensils. So, this is how he was feeling when he didn't love the frosting but didn't want to waste it either. Can anyone guess what he decided to do in the end??

Happy Anniversary!

My guess is that Danny ate the frosting, because his desire to not waste food over-rode his dislike of frosting. Also because he's been known to be the garbage disposal -always willing to help someone else finish the plate if they're not able to! I've benefitted from that before! :)

Happy Anniversary!

My guess is that Danny did eat the frosting off of the fork. For the same reasons Kari gave!
